The company now has ten cold drawing production lines, four straightening lines, four rolling production lines, five rolling machines, one 30 ton box type electric furnace (575KV), one 20 ton box type electric furnace (485KV), one continuous annealing furnace, two flat shot blasting production lines (6908), and one set of 150 ton and 100 ton hydraulic scissor carts. The company attaches great importance to product quality and has invested a large amount of instruments and equipment in controlling product quality. Mechanical performance testers include WE-600 hydraulic testing machine, HB-3000B electronic Brinell hardness tester, and HR-150A Rockwell hardness tester. Chemical experimental instruments include TG328A analytical balance, 721 spectrophotometer, HQR2008 high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, Q-2 metallographic experimental cutting machine, XQ-2B manual metallographic specimen embedding machine, MP-2A metallographic grinding and polishing machine, JXH-20 inverted metallographic microscope, etc. Annual production capacity of 50000 tons of cold drawn steel.
