Most people don't know much about shot blasting. Simply put, shot blasting is the process of cleaning and roughening the surface of steel by using the impact of high-speed sand flow. It uses compressed air as power to form a high-speed jet beam and spray the spray material. It is sprayed onto the surface of the steel at high speed to remove the oxide scale and other impurities on the outer surface of the steel. Due to the impact of sand flow on the surface of the workpiece, the surface of the steel obtains a certain degree of cleanliness and different tiny pits. Therefore, shot blasting is only a step in the cold drawing steel processing process. After the shot blasting is completed, it will be sent to the cold drawing machine. The steel is drawn on the steel drawing equipment, and the steel after being drawn is the cold drawn steel product.
